A.I.R. may collect information you voluntarily provide through Ask AIR, project-support forms, product-demo requests, education or training inquiries, event follow-up forms, business-card submissions, email, telephone and other direct business communications. This may include your name, company, title, contact information, project details, product interests, business needs and files you choose to provide.
Project files and attachments
If you upload plans, specifications, schedules, images or other project files, AIR uses them to understand and respond to the project or inquiry. Please submit only information you are authorized to share and avoid including sensitive personal information that AIR does not need to provide the requested business support.
Ask AIR and AI-assisted interactions
The website may provide AI-assisted product, application and education guidance. When you choose to continue an AI-guided conversation with AIR, relevant conversation content may be transferred into your inquiry so AIR can follow up without requiring you to repeat the same information. AI-generated guidance is intended to support discovery and routing and does not replace current manufacturer-controlled specifications, pricing, availability, warranty or engineering information.
Website analytics and session information
AIR may collect limited website-use information such as pages visited, referral source, browser or device information, session identifiers and interactions with website features. AIR uses this information to understand which resources are useful, improve website performance and evaluate market-development activity. Analytics are designed not to interrupt the visitor experience.
How we use information
We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, coordinate demonstrations and product education, support projects and specifications, route professional training inquiries, develop business relationships, maintain AIR's CRM and project records, improve website resources and connect the appropriate manufacturer, Jackson Lighting, distributor or other professional resource when needed to support the request.

AIR does not publish private customer or project records on the public website and does not share information merely because a company or manufacturer is mentioned on the website.

Information may be retained as reasonably needed to manage ongoing relationships, projects, follow-up activity, legal obligations and legitimate business records.
